The idea of establishing Al Dhia Consulting Company was born in December 2019, by a group of oil sector experts in the engineering, economic and legal fields to provide consulting services to government and non-governmental sectors as well domestic and foreign companies that intend or have work in Iraq in the oil and industrial sectors in general as well as developing local human skills in order to support and develop the national economy.
We provide consultations for government and non-governmental sectors as well domestic and foreign companies especially companies and departments of the Federal Ministry of Oil and includes technical, economic, legal and contractual consultations and feasibility studies in addition to project implementation management as well as preparing and implementing courses and development workshops for employees of government and private companies operating in Iraq.
